Access personal voicemail from phone

From inside your voicemail, you can do the following.

1. Listen to new messages.
2. Listen to saved messages.
3. Send messages.
4. Manage your call forwarding.
5. Change your PIN.
6. Configure your greeting.
7. Delete messages.

To access your personal voice mail from your phone, follow these steps.

1. Internal from the extension of the user checking the voicemail DIAL 5001.
   
2. You will be ask for your access code (PIN) this is the PIN you where ask to set when you got the welcome email.
   
1. If you have forgotten your pin send an email to support@tayotelecom.com make sure you include the following information.
   
1. Your name.
   
2. Your company.
   
3. Phone number where we can reach you.
   
4. Your phone extension.
