IOS device softphone

In this guide we will be looking into installing and configuring the application on your IOS device.

  1. You will need to download the application by going to this link.
    1. You can also search for ReachUC in the App store.
    2. Start the application, you will be ask to log in.
      1. The login information is the one provided in the welcome email you got.
        1. User name will be under Login.
        2. Extension number will be under Extension.
        3. The complete setup button will let you chose a password and a PIN for your voicemail.
        4. Select a password with the following requirement minimum length of 8 characters, minimum of 1 capital letter(s), minimum of 1 number(s).
        5. Confirm the password again.
        6. Enter a voicemail PIN (to get access to your voicemail) minimum length of 4 characters, your extension cannot be part of your pin.
        7. Make sure you save.
      2. Now in the Username section enter the login and in Password enter the password you created (not the PIN).
      3. Accept the EULA.
      4. If your phone ask for permissions to perform certain task give the application access.


Now you are all setup to receive and send phone call from your application.
