We will see how to enable or disable call forwards using either the phone to dial it in or the web portal.
If you are calling from the extension that you are forwarding look at the following examples.
*72100 would forward all my calls to extension 100 NOTE: This will forward to the physical phone of extension 100
*7215142345555 would forward all my calls to 514-234-5555
If you are using the web portal found here: https://portal.tayotelecom.com/.
Now check the Always and enter the extension you desire your call to be forwarded to. Make sure you select USER this way this will make all that users devices ring. If you select a phone only that phone will ring.
Now uncheck the Always and go down to the simultaneous ring section and make sure all 3 highlighted checkbox are check. This will make it all your registered phone will ring.
